Who do I look for as an executive coach?

In our first meeting we will explore fit. 

Here are some of the things I look for in a client: 

1.  Leaders who are open to discovery and change. 

2.  Leaders with a growth mindset.

3. Leaders with enough humility to learn.

4. Leaders who are  motivated to improve their leadership so they can grow others.
